When will I receive my order?
Your first order will be received right away. From then onwards, depending on the frequency of the deliveries you've selected, we will notify you 3 days before your order is shipped so you can make any changes to your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course! Simply login to your account from the homepage and select the Cancel Subscription button.
Will cancelling my subscription prevent an order from shipping?
Yes. If you cancel your subscription and your order has not yet been processed, it will not be shipped to you. After placing your first order, we will send you a reminder 3 days before it is due to be shipped. You can manage/change your order anytime by logging into your account from the homepage
What payment options do I have?
We accept all major credit cards for subscriptions and bill each order before it is shipped.
What if my coffee hasn't arrived?
In the extremely rare event that your coffee has not arrived, please login to your account and select 'tracking' where you will be able to see tracking updates. If this shows as having been delivered, please contact the delivery company for an update.
